As announced by The Economic Times, Google is at present in chats with nearby telecom organizations like BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited), which may pilot the program in the locale.
"We can't do a Loon pilot without joining forces with a neighborhood telco," Google India boss Rajan Anandan told the Times, since those telcos handle the provisioning. "We are conversing with various them [and] the administration has been extremely strong."
